After login, click on 'Broadcast' button.

Ustreamtv Webcam: 1 - After login, click on 'Broadcast' button.

Click the 'Allow' button.

Ustreamtv Webcam: 2 - Click the 'Allow' button.

Just select 'Fake Webcam Source V6.1' from the dropdown list.
